Working principle
1. Feeding and crushing chamber filling: The raw material enters the crushing chamber of the crusher through the feed port. The
space between the moving jaw and the static jaw plate is filled with raw materials.
2. Moving jaw movement and crushing: The motor drives the eccentric shaft to make the moving jaw plate move periodically. When
the moving jaw plate moves up and down, the raw materialis clamped between the moving jaw plate and the static jaw plate,
generating extrusion, shearing and friction forces, thereby crushing the raw material.
3. Discharge port adjustment: The equipment is usually equipped with a hydraulic adjustment system, which can adjust the size of
the discharge port and control the discharge particle size of the material after crushing.
4. Crushing process and classification: Under the action of the moving jaw plate, the raw material is gradually crushed into the
required particle size. The crushed material is discharged through the discharge port and can be graded as needed.
