The structure of the ceramic filter mainly includes: a rotor formed by a number of groups of ceramic filter plate discs, a distribution
head for suction and flushing to produce the auto-coupling switching phenomenon, an agitator to prevent solid precipitation, a scraper
required to eliminate the solid adsorption of the filter plate, a cleaning system for flushing the inner cavity of the filter plate and
ultrasonic oscillation, a tank body and an operating program control system to maintain a certain slurry level.
When the filter is running, the filter plate, due to the vacuum effect, when it rotates and immerses under the slurry liquid level in the
tank, forms a layer of solid particles on the surface of the filter plate, and the liquid passes through the filter plate and switches to the
vacuum barrel from the distribution head. When the filter plate with the accumulated layer leaves the slurry liquid surface, a filter cake
is formed. Due to the vacuum effect, the filter cake continues to be dehydrated, which further dries the filter cake. The rotor continues
to rotate to the position with the scraper, so that the filter cake is unloaded and sent to the required place by the belt conveyor.
After the filter cake is unloaded, the filter plate operating position reaches the flushing position where the auto-coupling switches to the
opposite direction of the vacuum flow, forming a flushing effect from the inside of the filter plate to the outside, removing the particles
blocked in the ceramic micropores. Then re-immerse in the slurry.
When the filter has been running for a long time, the filter plate can be fully flushed. Chemical agents can be added to the backwash
liquid used, and ultrasonic oscillation can be used to maintain the efficient operation of the filter.
