Tailings recovery machine is the latest machine used in tailings production and recovery in my country's iron ore industry. Tailings
recovery device can effectively reduce the loss of tailings, control it below 3% (calculated by volume), effectively reduce the content
of effective components in tailings water, solve the pollution of tailings to the environment, and meet the emission standards required
by environmental protection. It is widely used in metallurgy, mining, water conservancy, hydropower, sand and gravel plants, glass
plants, coal preparation plants, coarse coal recovery and environmental protection projects, shield machines (mud purification) and
other engineering projects.

LCP Bare Magnetic Disc Separator
The LCP series bare magnetic disc separator is a high-efficiency weak field strong magnetic recovery equipment developed by our
company. This machine is mainly used for the separation of fine-grained strong magnetic minerals and the removal of mixed magnetic
minerals from the slurry of non-magnetic materials. It is suitable for iron ore dressing plants to recover strong magnetic minerals from
the tailings slurry of magnetic separation or roasting magnetic separation with large flow, fine particle size and low grade, and for
steel plants to recover strong magnetic minerals from iron-containing dust and mud. When this machine is used for iron tailings
reselection, if the grade of the selected tailings is about 9%, the coarse concentrate product selected by this machine can reach
60%-65% after being processed by the corresponding mineral processing process.
The disc tailings recovery consists of five parts: the main machine, the ore-deficient device, the ore collecting trough, the chute and
the frame. Its working principle is that the main machine disk is installed in the chute, and the slurry flows in from one end of the
chute and passes through the gap between the disks. The magnetic minerals in the slurry are adsorbed on the surface of the disk,
and the slurry of the remaining non-magnetic minerals flows out from the other end of the chute. The main machine roller rotates,
and the magnetic minerals adsorbed on the surface of the disk are brought out of the slurry liquid surface. When entering the
unloading area, the unloading device inserted between the gaps of the disks and rotating throws the magnetic minerals adsorbed on
the magnetic surface into the ore collecting trough, which collects and outputs them.

Advantages of disc tailings recovery machine
1. Magnetic field layout: The magnetic pole spacing of the disk is small, and there is no zero magnetic area between the disks.
2. Ore unloading is a non-contact forced unloading. A layer of powder protection is left on the surface of the disk, and the disk surface
is not worn. The life of the whole machine is 8-10 times that of the conventional type, which also improves the grade of recovered
magnetic minerals.
3. Large processing capacity: This machine is specially designed for tailings reselection. Its structure has the characteristics of
processing large flow and low-grade tailings, which is several times or even dozens of times the processing capacity of existing drum
magnetic machines.
4. High recovery rate: All materials passing through the disks are affected by the magnetic field, and the rolling minerals are fully
recovered with a high recovery rate.
5. Water saving Due to the unique field layout, the magnetic minerals contain a large amount of water, and the unloaded minerals are
in a flowing state, which can basically be treated without adding water or adding a small amount of supplementary water.
6. Save electricity. The capacity of a single disc tailings recovery machine is several times or even dozens of times that of other
common equipment. The installed capacity is only a few kilowatts, so the power saving effect is obvious.
7. Easy installation. The disc tailings recovery machine has a large processing capacity, small footprint, small inlet and outlet level
difference, and can be installed basically in places with tail chutes.
8. High economic benefits. Small equipment investment, high output benefits, and annual output benefits are generally several times
or even dozens of times the equipment investment.
